2020 -The Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test acronym as
AP EAMCET is conducted by JNTU Hyderabad on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State
Council for Higher Education Council (APSCHE) for
granting admission to various Engineering, Agriculture and medical courses in
University or Private Colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Various courses

EAMCET 2020 Eligibility
Educational
Qualification For Engineering Courses
Applicants have to appear in or passed 10+2 class or intermediate exam with
Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics as associated vocational or elective courses
conducted by Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education or any other
equivalent exam.
Applicant must get a minimum of 45% of marks and 40% for
reserved category in the subjects specified taken jointly at 10+2.
Age Limits
For Engineering and pharmacy courses, applicant age should not be below 16
years as on 31st December and there is no age limit.
For B.Sc (Agri.)/ B.Sc (Horti.) & Medical courses Educational Qualification
The candidates who wish to follow B.Sc (Agri.)/ B.Sc (Horti.) have to pass/
appeared in final examination year of an intermediate exam or any recognized
examination from an equivalent board with compulsory subjects physical
sciences, biological or natural science, agriculture and vocational courses in
agriculture for B.Sc (Agri.)/ B.Sc
(Horti.) and The candidates who wish to follow
medical courses must get as a minimum 50% and 40% for reserved category marks
in physics, chemistry and biology and English.
Age Limits
Desiring candidates should be of 17 years on 31st
December and the age limit is 25 years.

EAMCET 2020 Pattern
AP EAMCET consists of objective multiple choice type
questions (MCQ) carrying equal marks. There is no negative marking and each
question will be having four choices.

How to Apply for AP EAMCET Exam 2020?
Aspiring
candidates can apply for EAMCET Online Only. For Online submission, visit the
website www.apeamcet.org. A candidate has to pay Rs.250 as Registration Fee and
late fee (if applicable) by opting any of the following two modes of payment:
(a) AP ONLINE / E-Seva / Mee Seva. (b)Debit / Credit Card. After filling the Online Application
Form with the required details, verify all the details carefully and press the
Submit button. Filled In Online Application Form will
be generated which contains Registration Number along with filled in
details. Take a printout of the Filled In
Online Application Form. Use the Registration Number for
future correspondence.

Educational Qualification
For Engineering, Bio-Technology, B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech
(Ag. Engineering), and For 50% seats in B.
Pharmacy, B.Tech (Food Science and Technology (FST) /B.Sc (Commercial Agri &
Business Mgt. (CA & BM)) Courses.
Aspiring candidates should have passed or
appeared for the final year of 10+2 exam with Mathematics, Physics along with
Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology as optional or related vocational courses
in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of
Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh
along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled
during 2000-2002 and subsequent batches OR any other examination
recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh, provided that candidates who
have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2
pattern) with Biology, Physics, and Chemistry as optional along with the bridge
course examination in Mathematics conducted by the Board of Intermediate
Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh shall also be
eligible for the Bio. Technology course. OR
Candidates should have passed or appeared at
the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State
Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana
/ Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by
the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana
/ A.P.
Note: Candidate should obtain at least 45% of
marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the subjects
specified taken together at 10+2 pattern.
Age Limits
For Engineering and Pharmacy courses, candidates should have completed 16 years
of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper
age limit.
For B.Tech
(Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. (FST) and B.Sc. (CA & BM), Candidates should
have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and
an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates.
For B.Sc. (Ag.) / B.Sc. (Hort.) / B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.F.Sc. and
for the remaining 50% seats in B.Tech. (FST) / B.Sc.
(CA & BM) Courses:
Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate
Examination (10+2 pattern) or any examination recognized as equivalent thereto
by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana /
Andhra Pradesh with any two / three of the subjects indicated against each
course noted below with any two of the subjects:

Note: Irrespective
of the subjects taken at the qualifying examination, candidates seeking
admission to the above courses should appear for Biology, Physics, and
Chemistry in TS EAMCET-2020.
Age Limits
Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the
year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and
25 years in respect of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe candidates as on
31st December of the year of Admissions.
For MBBS / BDS Courses
Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the
Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) OR equivalent examination with Physics,
Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) / Biotechnology and English
individually and must have obtained 50% marks taken together in Physics,
Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) /Biotechnology at the qualifying
examination. In respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Schedule
Tribe & Backward Classes, the marks obtained shall be a minimum of 40%
marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) /
Biotechnology.

Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the
year of admission
For BAMS / BHMS / BNYS Courses:
Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate
Examination (10+2 pattern) OR an equivalent examination
with Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology as optional which shall include a
practical test in each subject.
Age Limits
Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the
year of admission. However, there is no maximum age limit for admission
into BAMS/BHMS/BNYS.
For B.Pharmacy
Course (Remaining 50% of
the seats):
Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the
Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and
Biology options, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh OR any other
examination recognized by the University as equivalent thereto.
Note: Candidate should obtain at least 45%
marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the subjects
specified taken together in the qualifying examination.
Age Limits
Candidates should have completed 16
years of age by the date of commencement of Admissions or on such other date as
may be notified by the CET Committee. There is no upper age limit.
For Pharm-D Course (50% seats for M.P.C and
50% seats for Bi.P.C candidates):
Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate
examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology
optional conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana
/ Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized by the Board of
Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh as
equivalent thereto or should have passed or appeared at the final year of the
Diploma examination in Pharmacy course conducted by the Telangana
/ Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training or any other
examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Telangana
/ Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training.
Note: Candidate
should obtain at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to
reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together in the qualifying
examination.
